Please fill out the form below and a Central Ohio Stand Down
Social Service Providers Coordinator will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

All Social Service Providers must be registered a minimum
of one week prior to the date of the event!

We strongly suggest that Social Service Providers drop off and set up their exhibits/tables at Veterans Memorial
between 1-4pm the day before Stand Down.
